The Money Matters Committee is comprised of two Session Elders, the church Treasurer, and at-large members of the church. Our mission is to see to the financial policies and details of the church, to encourage regular giving, in order to carry on the joyful mission of Christ’s church in White Bear Lake.
Our main responsibilities include:
Helping Session plan and oversee the annual budget.
Obtaining and administering insurance of church property and employees.
Oversight of the church treasurer, the audit committee, building leases, capital expenditures, and the receipts counters.
Planning and administering the annual pledge campaign and occasional building campaigns.
Any member of the church is welcome to this committee at our regular monthly meeting, the first Tuesday of each month.
