Through the MemberCare committee, we strive to bring to life the promise of our Mission Statement, to be . . . to live . . . and to love.Our focus is primarily on Membership and Fellowship activities. We assist the pastor with new member classes, encouraging visitors and friends to become part of our dynamic congregation. We promote fellowship by coordinating events such as welcome receptions, special lunches and dinners, and Sunday Coffee Hour. We help staff the Welcome Center on Sundays and have available a special gift for our visitors.
Additionally, we are in charge of the annual Clearwater Winter Retreat for our church family. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know others better and enjoy the winter beauty near Brainerd, MN. From time to time, we coordinate social or cultural events that bring together our members and friends.
